Job summary

Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead SAP ERP projects from requirements through production deployment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope and governance, and ensure successful cutover and transition to production support.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management, MS Project proficiency, and experience with SAP ECC/SAP SD/MM/LE, plus strong stakeholder and vendor management and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• End-to-end project management experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP SD, MM, and LE.
• MS Project – Required.
• Experience managing integrations with external warehouse systems or other applications.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management.
• Excellent communication and status-reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution from requirements through production deployment.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, schedules, dependencies, resources, and governance.
• Coordinate SAP functional and technical teams, infrastructure, security, testing teams, vendors, and business SMEs.
• Maintain integrated project plans and track risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, actions, and change requests.
• Prepare project status reports covering accomplishments, upcoming milestones, schedule health, risks, issues, and management actions.
• Facilitate project meetings, requirements workshops, design reviews, testing checkpoints, readiness reviews, and cutover planning.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, business sign-off, deployment readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Manage change control and assess business and technical impacts of scope changes.
• Escalate critical risks and issues and drive them through resolution.
• Ensure successful transition to production support.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Strong end-to-end project management experience
• Experience working with SAP ECC
• Experience with or strong understanding of SAP SD, MM, and LE
• Experience managing projects involving integrations/interfaces with external warehouse systems or other applications
• MS Project – Required
• Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, milestones, dependencies, resources, RAID management, governance, and change control
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management experience
• Excellent communication and status-reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PMI-ACP certification

• SAP implementation or production project experience
• Manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse systems experience
