Responsibilities

• Direct, coach, and motivate project team members and contractors.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, cost estimates, and architectures.
• Manage scope changes and revise work authorizations accordingly.
• Monitor progress, publish minutes, and implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Direct WBS, cost estimation, and RFx processes as required.
• Lead project closure meetings and document lessons learned.
