Job summary

Jobat is seeking a Project Manager to join its client—an European consulting group specialized in corporate real estate and digital workplace solutions. You will manage a portfolio of projects across the European Institutions ecosystem, from scoping to delivery and ongoing follow-up.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate client needs into practical solutions, monitor budgets and risks, and report regularly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing several projects simultaneously across different clients.
• Understanding client requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions.
• Defining project objectives, scope, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitoring project schedules, budgets, risks and KPIs.
• Organising and leading project meetings and providing regular reporting to clients.
• Supporting clients in the implementation, use and evolution of real estate and workplace management solutions.
• Contributing to the implementation, optimisation and evolution of IWMS / CAFM solutions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working.
• Ensuring the quality of deliverables and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Building trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, with a strong focus on long-term partnerships.
