Job summary

This role manages complex projects from concept through completion, including plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, communication plans, risk logs, issue logs, status reports, and performance metrics. The Project Manager leads multiple project teams focused on process improvement, with emphasis on clinical processes.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and tracking project scope, time, and budget.
• Strong knowledge of business operations and leading project teams.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or systems theory helpful.
• Ability to communicate and deliver required project artifacts at each phase.
• Willingness to travel to support client projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to implement plans for operational process redesign.
• Embed best operational practices with cross‑functional teams.
• Identify and implement role‑based workflows across business units.
• Provide training in data use and process improvement skills.
• Lead staff in using PDSA or similar models to drive process transformation.
• Track performance with dashboards and communicate updates to managers.
• Ensure projects align with designs and support implementation.
• Plan change management tasks including training and documentation.
