Softthink Solutions in Washington, DC is seeking a Project Manager (PMP) to oversee IT projects across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget while applying Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.

You will maintain project documentation, manage risks, track changes, and report status to leadership, supporting PMO governance with MS Project, Teams Planner, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years IT project management experience across varied scope and complexity.
• Proven ability to apply Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with MS Project, Teams Planner/Planner Premium, SharePoint, ServiceNow or similar PM dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, requirements, communications, agendas).
• Identify, track, and resolve risks and issues.
• Manage approved changes to scope, schedule, and cost.
• Report project status to management and stakeholders.
• Apply Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Monitor project performance using PM tools.
• Support PMO governance by coordinating internal reviews and tracking findings.
