What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, lead, and direct ongoing development of applications critical to business productivity and day-to-day client management
- Provide estimates and timelines for application migration in collaboration with divisional standard applications teams
- Identify the application integration roadmap and define migration requirements related to the overall integration program
- Manage deliverables required for the integration program and communicate impacts to ongoing business functions
- Maintain relationships with project teams and corporate business/IT functional areas and provide weekly executive summaries to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3-5 years of IT experience
- Experience working in the Mergers and Acquisitions Integration project space
- 3-5 years of experience managing software and infrastructure projects, including global teams in multiple locations and time zones
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking to C-level audiences and technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with application migration and/or integration
- Technical project management experience focused on global implementations with medium to high complexity
- Experience with applications involving cloud technology
- Familiarity with direct/employee benefits and products
