What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Develop, lead, and direct ongoing development of applications critical to business productivity and day-to-day client management
2. Provide estimates and timelines for application migration in collaboration with divisional standard applications teams
3. Identify the application integration roadmap and define migration requirements related to the overall integration program
4. Manage deliverables required for the integration program and communicate impacts to ongoing business functions
5. Maintain relationships with project teams and corporate business/IT functional areas and provide weekly executive summaries to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum 3-5 years of IT experience
2. Experience working in the Mergers and Acquisitions Integration project space
3. 3-5 years of experience managing software and infrastructure projects, including global teams in multiple locations and time zones
4. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking to C-level audiences and technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with application migration and/or integration
2. Technical project management experience focused on global implementations with medium to high complexity
3. Experience with applications involving cloud technology
4. Familiarity with direct/employee benefits and products
