I. Job Summary
Maintains pre-established standards for health, safety and environmental requirements for multiple project customers. Plans and directs all onsite activities for multiple assigned customers at their project locations. Manages data and information needs or requests from customers or partners. Supports IWP engineering, business development and financial partners needs and requests. Assists in maintaining proactive customer communication and day-to-day relationships. Ensures revenue invoicing and project expenses are accurately documented and communicated. Consistently manages direct reports in a proactive way to adjust to changes within processes and customer needs and expectations.
II. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Manages all assigned project sites and Project Managers. Schedules and coordinates personnel, equipment and subcontractors for event and long-term dewatering and thermal drying projects.
- Performs performance evaluations and administers disciplinary actions. Administers annual, monthly and weekly direct report requirements for payroll, TSHEETS, expense reports, incentive pay, safety documentation, performance reporting and metrics.
- Consults with clients to identify and implement dewatering optimization plans. Works in conjunction with IWP Engineering and Business Development teams to evaluate growth opportunities by performing site visits and job walks. Performs sample feasibility lab studies and authors standardized sample performance and recommendation reports.
- Provides daily oversight of assigned projects and field personnel including rig up & demobilization and routine operations. Ensures equipment maintenance and repair actions are performed timely within established IWP and WM guidelines.
- Performs interviews with prospective IWP candidates as directed by Leadership. Oversees new hire onboarding processes and on the job training. Provides frequent feedback and holds regular check-in meetings with assigned direct reports. Identifies and develops career pathways for direct reports.
- Ensures compliance with client, government regulations and Company policies and procedures by performing necessary inspections and reporting. Reports, documents and resolves all issues in a timely manner. Promotes a consistent culture of safety by ensuring site personnel are properly trained to perform assigned duties to comply with customer, Company safety, environmental, federal, state and local regulations.
- Manages and directs client reporting and invoicing requirements. Works in conjunction with the financial partners and leadership to provide timely and accurate information for client invoicing, reporting, budget planning, operational expenses and contracts.
- May occasionally be required to cover for vacations, events and step-up responsibilities as required or assigned by IWP leadership.

III. Supervisory Responsibilities
The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of supervisory employees. This includes:
- Direct supervision of up to 3-4 on-site employees
- Indirect supervision of 15 on-site employees and contractors
- Manage through one or more managerial levels, i.e., manage other managers and/or manage employees who also “report” to another manager. This job makes final supervisory decisions and is accountable for actions taken with team members
IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
Must live and work in the U.S.
Education and Experience- Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in job related field, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- Experience: Three (3) years of relevant experience is required (in addition to education requirement).
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
- Pre-assignment and/or pre-hire customer-specific drug and/or alcohol testing may be required by certain customer-contract requirements. Such testing may include urinalysis, oral swab, drug hair follicle testing and/or alcohol testing.

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $84,300 - $123,625. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
