Job summary

Johnson Health Tech North America is seeking an IT Project Manager to bring structure to complexity, align cross‑functional teams, and deliver large technology initiatives that drive business results.

The role involves leading end‑to‑end IT projects, building plans and budgets, and serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders and vendors. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Admin, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of IT project management experience.
  • Experience with system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, software development, or similar IT initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to problem solving, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage vendor relationships.

  • Keep project documentation, deliverables, timelines, and post‑project reviews organized and up to date.
  • Support change management efforts to help employees and teams successfully adopt new technologies, systems, and processes.
  • Look for ways to improve project management processes, increase efficiency, and support faster delivery of key initiatives.
  • Ensure projects follow company policies, data protection expectations, and applicable industry or regulatory standards.

  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms.

Bonus Qualifications
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with ERP systems, manufacturing systems, or technologies used in a fitness equipment or product‑based environment.
  • Experience in the fitness equipment industry or a similar sector.
Work Environment
  • This role works onsite 5 days a week.
  • Occasional domestic travel may be required, less than 10%.
