SUMMARY:

Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for manufacturing systems, ERP implementations, and leading tech-driven change? Were seeking a hands-on IT Manager to oversee the daily IT operations for our Quality Manufacturing division. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and has deep knowledge of ERP systemsespecially IQMS/DELMIAworks.

Join our tight-knit team of 5 and play a vital role in driving IT innovation, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning technology with business goals. You'll work closely with the Director of IT and interact with senior leadership on high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations within the Quality Manufacturing business unit
• Implement and support ERP systems (focus on IQMS/DELMIAworks) across various modules
• Drive the full SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) for IT projects: from planning to deployment
• Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and ensure license compliance
• Coordinate and execute computerized systems validation (CSV) efforts
• Manage external vendors and consultants; oversee IT purchasing and training
• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain strong version/change control practices across systems

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in regulated industries
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks ERP system
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows Client/Server)
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience supporting IT systems in manufacturing environments

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Experience in the plastics manufacturing industry
• Exposure to multi-ERP environments and system integrations
• Implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Experience supporting multi-site IT operations
