Seneca Resources is seeking an IT Project Manager for Montgomery, AL, in a contract-to-hire arrangement. You will oversee end-to-end IT project delivery, ensuring on-time, within-budget results and high quality across multi-functional teams.

The role requires leadership, mentorship, and effective stakeholder communication, with the ability to adapt plans as scopes evolve. Proficiency in PMI, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies, and familiarity with MS Project, JIRA, and Trello is preferred.

Formación

• 6+ years of IT work experience with 4+ years leading projects.
• Experience delivering medium to large, cross-functional IT initiatives.
• Knowledge of PMI, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate overall IT project delivery, timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Define and implement project management processes tailored for IT.
• Create comprehensive project plans and manage team assignments.
• Track milestones and adjust plans to meet customer needs.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the enterprise to align goals.
• Support Program Managers and liaise with executive leadership.
• Mentor project leaders and allocate resources across projects.
