Job summary

SkyBridge Resources is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead planning and execution across a diverse IT portfolio. You will coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, ensuring successful delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of IT PM experience, strong communication and leadership, and PMP certification. Candidates should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably infrastructure and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, telecommunications/VoIP, disaster recovery, data, or system implementation projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• PMP or other project management certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of IT projects from initiation through closeout.

The IT Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of technology projects from initiation through implementation and closeout. This role will manage a diverse portfolio of IT initiatives and require managing multiple ongoing projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT project management experience and the ability to effectively coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership while managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.

Job Duties:

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects from planning and initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple concurrent IT projects, including disaster recovery, data cleanup, VoIP migrations, infrastructure, and system implementation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and project resources.
• Establish project communication plans and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project performance.
• Identify and resolve project issues and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Facilitate project meetings and track action items, decisions, and deliverables.
• Manage change throughout the project lifecycle and ensure appropriate stakeholder communication.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, budgets, schedules, and presentations.
• Coordinate implementation, testing, deployment, and post-project activities.
• Ensure projects meet established scope, quality, schedule, and business objectives.

Required Skills:
