Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience managing technology projects, preferably within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• PMP or PMI certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects within the organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to align with strategic objectives.
• Manage project interdependencies and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring operational readiness and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
