Job summary

Sahara Las Vegas is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee all IT projects and programs, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of initiatives supporting a world-class guest and team member experience.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, coordinating resources, managing scope, cost, schedule, and quality, and maintaining strong stakeholder communications across levels for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; experience may complement education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordinated management of multiple IT projects directed toward strategic casino and resort objectives.
• Define, document and manage project scope, costs, schedule and performance against objectives.
• Establish communications with stakeholders at multiple levels; maintain program visibility and alignment with business goals.
• Help establish and operate a PMO to oversee multiple projects and ensure standard practices.
• Coordinate resources across projects to maximize value and timely delivery.
• Ensure documentation, testing and transition to operations are completed per standards.
