What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Scrum Master and process expert in a scaled Agile environment, overseeing cross-functional teams
- Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and customers
- Manage project charters, budgets, and performance measures for run, grow, and transform work
- Facilitate day-to-day work coordination, prioritization, and removal of impediments, while tracking work status and evaluating progress

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, including planning, execution, delivery, and financial analysis
- 2+ years of Scrum Master experience, leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles
- Proven track record of managing offshore resources with effective communication
- Experience guiding newly formed teams with a focus on performance and morale
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with experience in JIRA, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
