CRB is seeking an IT Technical Project Manager to lead small to large IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to PM processes. The role emphasizes collaboration with project teams and stakeholders, with a focus on risk management and quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of IT project management experience, PMP familiarity, and proficiency with MS Office and PM tools such as MS Project or Trello. Location: Colorado; relocation not specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated success in IT project management required, from small to large size IT organizations.
• Experience leading IT Infrastructure projects preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office applications required.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Trello, Etc) preferred.
• Familiarity with PMP project management methodologies required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or MOF preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with project teams to ensure the timely completion of assigned project tasks.
• Perform day-to-day project management duties for several small to medium-sized IT related projects.
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Regularly communicate project status to project stakeholders
• Participate in project initiation and project planning activities for a variety of projects
• Develops project scope and facilitates requirements gathering and documentation
• Evaluate potential problems and project risks, develops mitigation plans and alternate solutions
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
• Manage project-related information by ensuring all necessary materials are current, accessible, and organized
