Job summary

CRB, a leading engineering and consulting firm serving life sciences and food & beverage industries, seeks an IT Technical Project Manager in the Denver area. You will lead small to large IT projects, align stakeholders, and drive delivery with proven PM skills.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of IT PM experience, and familiarity with PMP, ITIL/COBIT MOF frameworks, and MS Office; PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated success in IT project management required, from small to large size IT organizations.
• Experience leading IT Infrastructure projects preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office applications required.
• Familiarity with PMP project management methodologies required.
• Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or MOF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project teams to ensure the timely completion of assigned project tasks.
• Perform day-to-day project management duties for several small to medium-sized IT related projects.
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Regularly communicate project status to project stakeholders.
• Participate in project initiation and project planning activities for a variety of projects.
• Develops project scope and facilitates requirements gathering and documentation.
• Evaluate potential problems and project risks, develops mitigation plans and alternate solutions.
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
• Manage project-related information by ensuring all necessary materials are current, accessible, and organized.
