Job summary

CRB, a leading provider of sustainable engineering, architecture, construction and consulting solutions, is seeking an IT Technical Project Manager to drive successful delivery across IT projects. Based in Missouri with commutable offices, the role emphasizes collaborative leadership, rigorous planning and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of IT project management experience, PMP familiarity, and strong MS Office and MS Project skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated success in IT project management.
• Experience leading IT Infrastructure projects preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Trello, Etc) preferred.
• Familiarity with PMP project management methodologies required.
• PMP certification preferred
• Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or MOF preferred.
• Familiarity with Kepner Tregoe Problem Solving and Decision Making processes is a plus.
• Ability to communicate openly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to maintain attention to details under pressure.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project teams to ensure the timely completion of assigned project tasks.
• Perform day-to-day project management duties for several small to medium-sized IT related projects.
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Regularly communicate project status to project stakeholders
• Participate in project initiation and project planning activities for a variety of projects
• Develops project scope and facilitates requirements gathering and documentation
• Evaluate potential problems and project risks, develops mitigation plans and alternate solutions
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
• Manage project-related information by ensuring all necessary materials are current, accessible, and organized
