Job summary

CRB is seeking an IT Technical Project Manager to lead diverse IT projects with a proactive, collaborative approach. You will monitor progress, manage risks, and drive standardization of PM processes across multiple teams to deliver high-quality results.

Based in the Dallas area with a preference for local candidates, the role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus experience managing IT infrastructure projects and familiarity with PMP methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated success in IT project management.
• Experience leading IT infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with PMP methodologies; PMP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL/COBIT/MOF preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent time management and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Perform day-to-day project management duties for multiple IT projects.
• Supervise current projects and coordinate team members to maintain workflow.
• Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Participate in initiation and planning activities for various projects.
• Develop project scope and facilitate requirements gathering and documentation.
• Evaluate risks and develop mitigation plans and alternatives.
• Plan and manage team goals, schedules, and new information.
• Maintain organized project-related information and documentation.
