Job summary

FII is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive site-level project initiatives, ensuring IT standards and compliance while coordinating deployments and infrastructure work. You will lead planning, governance, and vendor engagement to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in IT project roles, a IT/CS degree, and bilingual English/Chinese preference. Expect cross-time-zone collaboration and a focus on risk, documentation, and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years IT-related experience, infrastructure implementation or related technical project roles.
• Experience managing infrastructure or system implementation projects.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and report on site project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Ensure end-to-end implementation, compliance with IT standards, and remediation tracking.
• Provide compliance status, risk management, and remediation progress reporting.
• Manage vendor connectivity activities and relationships with installation partners.
• Support cybersecurity incident monitoring and response.
• Document project artifacts and store in a shared repository.
• Deliver weekly status reports and dashboards to management.
• Perform post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.
• Collaborate across multiple time zones, including Asia.
