Job summary

Bank of China USA seeks an Associate to manage non-Application IT Projects across the full lifecycle, from initiation to go-live.

You will coordinate with engineering teams on solution design, environment setup, and deployment, while tracking progress and reporting status. The role requires Bachelor’s in CS/IT and at least 3 years in IT project management, with strong stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure domains including servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to understand both technical and business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT teams.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-application IT projects across full lifecycle (data center, network, server, cloud, platform upgrades).
• Coordinate with engineering teams on solution design, environment setup and deployment.
• Capture lessons learned and support PMO.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and organize meetings and status reports.
• Identify, monitor, and manage risks, issues, dependencies with mitigation.
• Conduct project change management.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality requirements before go-live.
• Ensure project compliance with IT PM policies and governance.
