Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering IT initiatives.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Experience with cross-functional technical teams and third-party vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related discipline.
• PMP/ PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead small- to medium-complexity technology projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, scope, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams, external resources, and vendors across multiple projects.
• Define resource requirements and secure appropriate technical resources.
• Perform cost analysis, monitor budgets, and track financial performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with the project plan.
• Update risk and issue logs and implement mitigation strategies.
• Escalate issues to leadership when necessary and manage change-control activities.
• Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder sessions.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, timelines to stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintain project documentation and support process improvements.
