Job summary

Colorado Network Staffing (CNS) is seeking an experienced IT/OT Project Manager – Asset & Spatial Management to support Colorado Springs Utilities with planning, coordination, and execution of complex technology, geospatial, utility network, and infrastructure initiatives.

The Project Manager will lead cross‑functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and risks, and ensure continuity across current and upcoming ASM IT/OT initiatives. A PMP certification and proven PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PMP certification and demonstrate solid PM experience.
• Experience managing IT/OT, asset and spatial management projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT/OT, Asset & Spatial Management, geospatial, and utility projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate activities across internal departments, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and risk mitigation updates.
