Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java and Python with Agile Scrum practices.
• Ability to analyse regulatory requirements and translate into technical deliverables.
• Proven track record leading complex initiatives end-to-end in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate needs into clear requirements and deliverables.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements; develop artifacts including user stories, flows, and docs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from requirements through deployment and post-production support.
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues; communicate status to stakeholders clearly.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive delivery governance in a regulated setting.
