Job description

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of network infrastructure initiatives, including building upgrades, construction, and modernization efforts
• Define project scope, objectives, resource budgets, and schedules
• Manage risk, change control, quality, dependencies, roadmaps, and operational readiness
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership
• Define project approaches, scopes, deliverables, and realistic project plans
• Track progress and dependencies, proactively address issues, and keep stakeholders informed
• Ensure adherence to institutional policies, standards, and documentation requirements
• Improve governance, reporting, project tracking, tools, templates, and workflows
• Apply SAFe and Agile methodologies to improve delivery efficiency and responsiveness
• Collaborate with Product Management on planning, execution, feedback loops, and continuous improvement
• Provide direction, guidance, and mentorship to cross-functional project teams
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems
• Six (6) years of experience in related positions with IT project management, leading large-scale Network Infrastructure and Cloud Computing initiatives
• Four (4) years of experience applying Project Management Professional (PMP) methodology
• Four (4) years of experience in Product Management in Networking
• Experience with Project Management Tools
• Experience with Network Infrastructure and Cloud Computing
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Conditional upon meeting all employment eligibility requirements in the U.S.
• May be subject to a Level 1 or Level 2 criminal background check
