Underthe general direction of the Project Delivery Unit Supervisor, this positionprovides senior-level project, program, product, and evaluation expertise forcomplex, cross-functional initiatives affecting our client. The positionsupports the planning, implementation, modernization, and continuousimprovement of business processes, information systems, data capabilities, anddigital services.

Additionalresponsibilities include:

• Managing the complete project and productdelivery life cycle, from evaluation and initiation through implementation,operational transition, and closure.
• Establishing and maintaining governance,delivery controls, escalation pathways, decision-making processes, andperformance measures.
• Developing estimates and tracking scope,schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, risks, dependencies, quality, andoutcomes.
• Preparing and presenting clear status reports,recommendations, decision materials, implementation plans, and executive-levelcommunications.
• Identifying opportunities to improveorganizational processes, systems, data practices, reporting capabilities, andservice delivery.
• Developing, implementing, evaluating, andcontinuously improving standards, policies, procedures, templates, tools, andpractices.
• Coordinating internal staff, vendors,contractors, and external partners to ensure accountability and alignment withorganizational objectives.
• Training, coaching, and mentoring staff tostrengthen project management, product management, data management, businessanalysis, change management, and delivery capabilities.

Requirements

TopRequired Skills & Years of Experience (10+ Years):

• Softwareimplementation and rollout management, including deployment planning,readiness, testing, and transition to operations.
• Strong projectcontrols, including integrated planning, dependency management, risk and issueresolution, and clear status reporting.
• Stakeholdercommunication and coordination, including communicating impacts, decisions, andprogress to both leadership and affected groups.
• Cross-functionalleadership, with the ability to align internal teams, vendors, and subjectmatter experts and move decisions forward.

Niceto Have Skills:

• Experiencewith organizational change management, including communications planning,training coordination, and adoption readiness.
• Experiencemanaging vendor-delivered software or large public-sector implementations.
• PMPcertification or equivalent project management training.
• A bachelor’sdegree in project management, business, information technology, publicadministration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent education and substantial experience leading complex software implementations would also be considered.
  

Hourly rate for 1099: $83.00

Hourly rate forW2: $59.00
