Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead IT initiatives in the United States, driving end-to-end delivery and governance per PMO standards. You will coordinate scope, resources, budgets, and stakeholders to achieve Enterprise-level outcomes.

The role emphasizes requirements analysis, planning, and effective vendor coordination, with a focus on delivering quality deliverables and a strong user experience. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Must have four years of previous experience working on information technology project teams and in obtaining customer requirements and other analysis activities

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects end to end following PMO methodology.
• Create and manage project scope, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate multiple medium-to-large enterprise projects with stakeholders.
• Develop Charter, Project Plan, Budget Tracker, RACI, and status reports.
• Identify dependencies and risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate planning and design sessions to define in-scope/out-of-scope.
• Provide training documentation and user support materials.
• Ensure go-live readiness with super-users and succession planning.
