Job summary

Frost in San Antonio, Texas is looking for an IT Project Manager I to drive modernization of business systems for Lines of Business programs. You will coordinate project charters, scopes, resources, milestones, and timelines while reporting progress to project stakeholders.

You will lead meetings, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment with audit and compliance requirements, applying integrity, care, and excellence to deliver tangible results for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
• At least two years in an analytical role with supervisory functions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with project management disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop project charters, scopes, resource requirements, tasks, dependencies, milestones, and timelines.
• Initiate projects and schedule resources, hold status meetings, and working sessions.
• Conduct meetings and update project progress.
• Prepare project reports and present to stakeholders.
• Document, assign, and track project issues and escalation of issues; follow project management methodology.
• Ensure projects meet audit and compliance requirements.
• Act with integrity, care, and excellence to achieve outcomes.

As an IT Project Manager I , you are the trailblazer for modernization and transformation in the IT space. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of business systems in support of Lines of Business programs. You will help bring value to the organization by not only spearheading change but by implementing tangible results that our customers can see. You will have the freedom to ask questions and build relationships by working with other teams throughout the organization. Using your inquisitive skills, servant leadership mindset and passion for people, you will help keep the ball rolling on software projects while reporting and presenting to project stakeholders.

What you'll do :

• Responsible for development of project charters, scopes, resource requirements, tasks, dependencies, milestones, and timeline

• Conduct meetings and update progress of projects
• Prepare project reports and present to stake holders
• Document, assign, and track project issues and escalation of issuesFollow established project management methodology and deliverables
• Ensure projects meet all audit and compliance requirements

What you'll need:

• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Bachelor's degree preferably with a major or minor in Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience
• At least two years in an analytical role that involved supervisory functions
• Excellent oral and writing communications skills
• Excellent organizational skills and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of project management disciplines

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
