In this role, you will be responsible for developing in-depth project plans that include project timelines, cost estimates, and resource requirements. You will help bring value to the organization by not only spearheading change but by implementing tangible results that our customers can see. Using your inquisitive skills, servant leadership mindset and passion for people, you will help keep the ball rolling while monitoring projects that are in-progress, identifying and mitigating any risks that could impede the project being on time and within budget.**What you’ll do:*** Develop in-depth project plans that include project timelines, cost estimates, and resource requirements. Ensure that timelines are being adhered to and that potential risks are identified and mitigated. Review, verify, and approve invoices from vendors* Ensure all expenditures follow the correct approval process as it relates to corporate policy* Identify all project costs, ensuring that relevant capital expenditure requests are completed* Develop and maintain relationships with construction professionals, vendors, and contractors.
