Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience independently managing IT projects using established frameworks and templates.
• Working knowledge of project management principles, methodologies (PMBOK, Agile), and the IT project lifecycle.
• Knowledge and skills to independently coordinate projects, develop documentation, monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues,

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned low and medium risk WSDOT technology projects under general supervision.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate RFP/RFQ/RFI activities with Administrative Contracts Office.
• Support risk identification, issue tracking, and change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with RCWs, WaTech policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and participate in meetings.
• Assist in documenting business requirements and engaging with stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and tools.
