You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, governance, and value realization, ensuring on-time, on-budget results aligned with business objectives and regulatory considerations.

Project Manager - Cloud Applications & Integration

Location: Greater Philadelphia Area (Hybrid Working)

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Contract W2 OR C2C

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a major cloud transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of cloud applications, systems integrations, and technology migration initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to work across large-scale digital transformation programmes, partnering with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Business stakeholders to deliver innovative cloud-based solutions from initial concept through to deployment and user adoption.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving programme delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud application, integration, and migration projects.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance, and value realisation.

Drive cloud-based product development and deployment initiatives from requirements gathering through to go-live.

Coordinate cross-functional teams responsible for systems integration, API development, and platform onboarding.

Establish project governance frameworks, reporting cadences, RAID management, and stakeholder communication plans.

Develop business cases, define success metrics, and ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps.

Promote Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project delivery approaches.

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Change Management teams.

Lead requirements gathering, testing activities, training, change management, deployment planning, and end-user adoption initiatives.

Ensure delivery outcomes meet agreed service levels, acceptance criteria, and business expectations.

Required Experience

10+ years of project and programme management experience within enterprise technology environments.

Proven experience leading cloud application, integration, or transformation programmes.

Successful delivery of complex, multi-workstream initiatives with significant budgets and executive visibility.

Strong understanding of the full application delivery lifecycle, including requirements management, testing, deployment, and adoption.

Experience managing systems integration, data migration, and API-driven projects.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and associated governance, security, networking, and identity management principles.

Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and executive communication skills.

Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks.

Experience operating within highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or similar sectors.

Certifications

One or more of the following is highly desirable:

PMP

PMI-ACP

SAFe

Preferred Experience

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices.

Experience with modern project delivery and collaboration tools.

Exposure to data and analytics programmes, including enterprise data platforms and reporting solutions.

Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) processes and lifecycle management.
