Seattle Pacific University is seeking an experienced and collaborative IT Project Manager, for an on‑campus position, to lead technology projects and initiatives that support institutional priorities and organizational change. As a member of the IT Business Systems team, this position independently plans and executes university technology projects, coordinates cross‑functional project teams, maintains the IT project portfolio, and helps ensure project outcomes align with the university’s strategic goals. The IT Project Manager also partners with campus departments to understand business needs, translate complex requirements, and support enterprise technology systems and processes. The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with business analysis, communication, relationship‑building, and technical aptitude. This person is comfortable navigating ambiguity, coordinating diverse stakeholders, anticipating risk, and turning complex needs into practical and sustainable outcomes. The IT Project Manager supports Seattle Pacific University’s missionby contributing to a Christ‑centered learning and working community committed to academic excellence, service, and engagement with the world. In this role, the employee brings their skills, gifts, and professional expertise to work that matters—serving students, colleagues, and the broader University community in ways that reflect SPU’s values and purpose. SPU’s report contains information regarding campus security and personal safety including topics such as crime prevention, fire safety, crime reporting policies, disciplinary procedures, and other matters of importance related to security and safety on campus. The report also contains information about reported crimes for the three previous calendar years that occurred on campus; in certain off‑campus buildings or property owned or controlled by SPU; and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. In addition, the report contains information about fires occurring in on‑campus student housing facilities during the three preceding calendar years. This information is required by law and is provided by the Seattle Pacific University Office of Safety and Security.
