VELCO, a transmission-only utility in Vermont, seeks an Information Technology Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across the organization. You will manage projects from conception to completion, collaborating with system engineers and software architects to strengthen cybersecurity, modernize systems, and support the electric grid.

You will partner with stakeholders to plan, budget, and execute work, ensuring on-time delivery within approved scopes and budgets.

Formación

• 3 years of experience managing IT projects, including budgeting and personnel management.
• 3 years of Agile project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the execution of information technology projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Develop, sign off and oversee contracts for materials and services.
• Develop annual capital budgets and quarterly forecasts for projects.
