Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery across ERP, CRM, HRIS and other platforms.
• Define scope, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business units, vendors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Provide regular status updates on milestones, risks, and issues.
• Oversee testing, data migration, training, and post‑implementation reviews.
