Job summary

SHR is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex IT projects supporting FEMA NFIP modernization and flood insurance initiatives.

You will manage cost, schedule, risk, and performance across departments, coordinating with government customers and stakeholders, and delivering secure, scalable enterprise applications hosted in Google Cloud Platform. Strong leadership in SAFe and DevOps is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in PM, IT, business, or related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• Active Public Trust clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and successful completion of complex IT projects.
• Manage cost, schedule, risk, and performance across multiple departments.
• Develop WBS and detailed schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate with government customers and stakeholders to elicit requirements.
• Serve as liaison between government managers, PM, and project team.
• Drive risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Lead Integrated Product Teams and project management meetings.
• Interface with senior government officials for executive briefings.
