Lead all phases of the ERP upgrade lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closeout.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan defining scope, requirements, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations to gather, refine, and validate business needs.
Act as the primary point of communication with Sage Intacct partners, consultants, and third‑party vendors.
Direct all data-related activities, including data mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation.
Oversee all testing efforts, including UAT, defect tracking, resolution, and system readiness.
Drive change management initiatives and coordinate user training programs to support successful adoption.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop and execute mitigation strategies.
Deliver consistent project updates, dashboards, and progress reports to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally involving ERP or financial systems implementation.
Strong understanding of GAAP accounting processes and financial reporting.
