Job summary

TGS International Group is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager based in Indianapolis. The role involves leading planning and delivery of large-scale or multi-phase projects, with travel to other states as required.

You will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and ensure adherence to design specs and contracts. Responsibilities also include risk management, commercial control, and client leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience managing large or complex construction projects, ideally within data centres or other mission critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, contracts, cost control and site safety.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Experience with construction software such as Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint or Bluebeam.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead progress meetings and maintain clear communication throughout the project.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
• Oversee quality plans, inspections and corrective actions.
• Work with estimating and preconstruction teams on budgets, constructability reviews and value engineering.

Key Responsibilities
