Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business, CS, engineering, or related field.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical requirements to management, development teams, vendors, and system administrators.

Responsibilities

  • Defines, documents and tracks project milestones with an integrated delivery plan across IT and business units.
  • Defines project scope and facilitates technical and operational requirements.
  • Develops, tracks, and manages project plans and teams.
  • Plans and conducts project kick-off meetings.
  • Documents and monitors project risks and develops mitigation plans.
  • Communicates status, issues, and risks to stakeholders with weekly health updates.
  • Provides leadership to cross-functional project teams and maintains documentation.
  • Audits documentation to ensure SDLC compliance.
  • Facilitates IT Steering Committee and IT CAB meetings.
  • Participates in stakeholder meetings.
