Job summary

ECI Group is seeking a contract IT Project Manager focused on Data Migration in Houston for a ~4-month engagement with an anticipated start date Sept 21, 2026. You must be a US Citizen or Permanent US Resident to qualify. Migrations focus: Legacy DW PDW.

You will mentor teams in Lean-Agile, coach cross-functional groups, facilitate events, maintain lean metrics, and produce agile reporting (Jira). Work closely with the platform vertical lead to align strategy with delivery and ensure team health

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean-Agile mindset and coaching teams.
• Mentoring and transformation toward Agile practices.
• Familiarity with data migration and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Mentor teams transitioning to Agile and new ways of working.
• Coach cross-functional teams on optimizing Agile delivery.
• Facilitate Team of Teams events and retrospectives.
• Ensure alignment between strategy and execution with platform leads.
• Generate Agile project reports (e.g., Jira queries, planned vs earned value).
