Job Summary
Seeking a Cutover Coordinator to support a large-scale transition to a new Time Tracking and Absence system. This role will partner closely with project managers and cross‑functional teams to coordinate cutover planning, deployment activities, risk management, and go‑live support throughout multiple implementation phases.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of project cutover and deployment activities
- Develop detailed transition schedules and step‑by‑step cutover checklists
- Coordinate with technical, functional, training, and change management teams
- Track project activities, maintain documentation, and manage communication with stakeholders
- Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and escalate issues when needed
- Verify data migration integrity and support business readiness/Go‑No‑Go activities
- Provide status updates on progress, timelines, and risks to leadershipMonitor system stabilization and support transition to production support teams
