Responsibilities

• Responsible for the program execution, delivery and quality across a team of developers
• Be extremely data driven and drive/track program execution and delivery excellence
• Work with product managers, architects, developers and testers to endure that the product is being designed, engineered and launched with the highest bar of engineering excellence
• Must be able to drive clarity through ambiguous and complex dependencies, architectural challenges, recommend alternatives to ensure aggressive timelines are met
• Balance business needs with technical constraints without compromising customer value
• Identify big rocks, dependencies, pre and post launch challenges early, manage & mitigate risks, provide timely escalation management and reporting, encourage responsible risk taking to maximize business benefit
• Be able to drive consensus across highly skilled staff to ensure design, quality and delivery is not compromised
• Responsible for scrum and agile excellence

Must Haves

• 4 yr degree in Computer Science with 6-8 yrs of exp.
• Exp. supporting global organization and partnering with external dependencies
• Must have experience with Agile/Scrum
• Translate business requirements into Technical requirements for internal team and external dependencies
• Triage and debug Dell.com related issues

Prefer

• Background as developer

Work from Round Rock office 5 days a week , potential to move normal hours to meet business needs; must be onsite
