Job summary

The Sliding Door Company is seeking an IT Project Manager to maintain, upgrade, and advance our technology stack. The role focuses on CRM maintenance, Office 365 administration, and AI integration, with on-site work at our Chatsworth HQ in CA.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in IT project management, CRM experience, and strong communication skills. Candidates should be comfortable with hardware onboarding and staff training in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, CS, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience with emphasis in administering Office 365 and AI integration.
• Proven experience in maintaining and managing CRM systems.
• Proficiency in common software platforms (Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• CRM support and maintenance to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Administer Office 365, hybrid identity, and Enterprise security.
• Oversee software upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
• Suggest and implement AI integrations within software development lifecycles.
• Create documentation and provide user training for CRM and tools.
• Assist with hardware deployment and staff onboarding in the HQ office.
