Qualifikationen

• Approximately seven years of relevant professional experience in IT projects.
• At least three years of experience coordinating IT project activities and stakeholders.
• A degree in Business Admin, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis is preferred.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring deliverables are achieved within agreed timescales and stakeholder expectations are managed effectively.

The successful candidate will be proactive, analytical and confident managing project teams and stakeholders. They will take ownership of resolving issues, removing obstacles and driving progress, working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve project issues, taking initiative to remove obstacles and minimise delays.


• Manage stakeholder expectations, particularly when requirements change or delivery challenges arise.


• Hold project team members accountable for their responsibilities and agreed deadlines.


• Lead challenging conversations professionally to address performance concerns and maintain project momentum.


• Prepare and deliver project presentations and progress reports.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong project management experience, ideally within IT, software or a technical environment.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Proven ability to manage changing requirements, competing priorities and project deadlines.


• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.


• Confidence challenging stakeholders and team members to ensure delivery commitments are met.


• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and resolve issues with minimal supervision.


• Excellent organisational, leadership, negotiation and presentation skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Approximately seven years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• At least three years of experience in project management, office operations management, managed care, insurance-related work and/or statistical analysis.


• A degree in Business Administration, Statistics or Quantitative Analysis is preferred.


• Computer Science coursework and supervisory experience are desirable.


• Knowledge of project management processes, statistical analysis and relevant operational procedures is beneficial.

Working Arrangements

This is a fully remote assignment. IT equipment will be provided once the placement is active. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing their workload independently while maintaining effective communication with project teams and stakeholders.
