Job summary

Uline is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead application development projects and AI-driven initiatives for its North American operations. This on-site role will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex software delivery with an emphasis on risk management and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT project management experience, proficiency with AI tools like Copilot or Claude, and a track record of delivering enterprise software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant IT field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience leading complex software development.
• Proficient in AI tools, including Copilot, Claude or similar.
• Experience managing teams delivering agentic AI software solutions preferred.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, execution and completion of IT Application Development projects.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings with senior IT and business leaders.
• Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risk assessments and staffing needs.
• Provide clear and informative project updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor and document project risks and issues, escalating with solutions as needed.
