Job summary

Uline is seeking an IT Project Manager to support application development and AI-driven initiatives for its North American operations.

The role involves coordinating complex software projects, aligning IT and business teams, and delivering outcomes that drive efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience leading complex software development.
• Proficient in AI tools, including Copilot, Claude or similar.
• Experience managing teams delivering agentic AI software solutions is preferred.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, execution and completion of IT Application Development projects.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings with senior IT and business leaders.
• Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risk assessments and staffing needs.
• Provide clear and informative project updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor and document project risks and issues, escalating with solutions as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience leading complex, custom software development.
• Proficient in AI tools, including Copilot, Claude or similar.
• Experience managing teams that deliver agentic AI software solutions preferred.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
