Job summary

Uline, located in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead application development and AI-driven initiatives for our North American organization. The role is on-site and focuses on coordinating complex software projects from planning through delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT/CS and 5+ years of project management experience, with proficiency in Copilot and Claude. You will work with senior leaders to drive value and manage risks while delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience leading complex, custom software development.
• Proficient in AI tools, including Copilot, Claude or similar.
• Experience managing teams that deliver agentic AI software solutions preferred.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, execution and completion of IT Application Development projects.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings with senior IT and business leaders.
• Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risk assessments and staffing needs.
• Provide clear and informative project updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor and document project risks and issues, escalating them with solutions as needed.
