Candidates should have a 5+ year IT project management background, experience with AI tools like Copilot or Claude, and a track record leading teams delivering AI software solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
5+ years in IT project management for complex software development.
Experience with AI tools (Copilot, Claude or similar).
Leadership of teams delivering agentic AI solutions preferred.
Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, coordination, execution and completion of IT Application Development projects.
Organize and facilitate project meetings with senior IT and business leaders.
Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risk assessments and staffing needs.
Provide clear updates to stakeholders.
Monitor risks and issues, escalating with solutions as needed.
