4Consulting, Inc is seeking an Information Technology Project Manager to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The candidate will perform duties aligned with client requirements and company standards, working onsite in Palo Alto, CA.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent combo).
- 2+ years IT experience including 1 year as Product Manager.
- Experience with contact center or customer care tech and Agile delivery coordination.
Responsabilidades
- Gather and analyze business needs, translate into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize enhancements and plan sprints with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate feature enhancements, UAT, defect reviews, and documentation while ensuring data flows and designs.
