Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end release lifecycles, Agile delivery processes, and change management activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile methodologies, along with proficiency in Jira and ServiceNow.

This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive Change Management (CM) processes, including submitting and tracking CM tickets within ServiceNow (Snow).
• Plan, schedule, and control software builds and deployments across multiple teams.
• Maintain release calendars and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
• Use data, metrics, and analytics to drive decision-making, delivery reporting, trend analysis, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Lead Agile delivery processes, including scope, objectives, design, and deliverables planning with stakeholders.
• Identify, mitigate, and elevate risks while ensuring roadmap alignment across products and initiatives.
• Define and track sprint goals, develop short- and long-term delivery plans, and manage capacity planning.
• Coordinate release planning, forecasting, and dependency management.
• Coach teams on Agile frameworks and best practices to improve delivery maturity.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end release lifecycles.
• Strong experience in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience using data-driven approaches for project management and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Jira and Jira Align.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Strong coaching abilities to mentor Agile practices across teams.
• Ability to influence without authority and build trust across organizational levels.
• Familiarity with DevOps and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Jenkins, GitHub/Git, and Grafana.
• Understanding of testing strategies and quality control.
