Job summary

Brundage Group seeks an IT Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise technology programs. You will partner with business, technical, and vendor teams to manage priorities and provide executive visibility into project outcomes.

Responsibilities include delivering Salesforce Service Cloud and integrations, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, maintaining RAID logs, and facilitating change control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as project manager or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams, priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders concurrently.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executive, technical, and business audiences.
• Ability to identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud and Certus Suite workstreams to scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Partner with Product and Scrum Masters to align portfolio priorities, sprint planning, and delivery capacity across active and upcoming workstreams.
• Coordinate sprint-level delivery across Salesforce, API, QA, UAT, and integration teams, managing dependencies and blockers.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and dependency maps for proactive control.
• Facilitate change control processes, including impact analysis, approvals, release scheduling, and communications.
• Produce executive status reports and milestone dashboards communicating progress and risks.
• Manage vendor and third-party delivery commitments, including SLA tracking and issue escalation.
• Ensure project artifacts are organized, version-controlled, and accessible for audits and knowledge transfer.
• Facilitate lessons learned and post-implementation reviews after major releases.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The IT Project Manager drives the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise technology programs, including Salesforce, integrations, and digital platform initiatives. This role partners with business, technical, and vendor teams to manage priorities, mitigate risks, drive cross-functional alignment, and provide executive-level visibility into project performance and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud, Certus Suite workstreams to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Partner with Product and Scrum Masters to align portfolio priorities, sprint planning, and delivery capacity across active and upcoming workstreams.
• Coordinate sprint-level delivery across Salesforce, API, QA, UAT, and integration teams, ensuring dependencies, blockers, and handoffs are actively managed.
• Maintain project plans, risk registers, dependency maps, and RAID logs across parallel workstreams to support proactive project control.
• Facilitate change control processes, including impact analysis, stakeholder approval, release scheduling, and communication of scope, timeline, or budget impacts.
• Produce executive status reports, steering committee decks, and milestone burn-down dashboards that clearly communicate progress, risks, decisions, and upcoming milestones.
• Manage vendor and third-party delivery commitments, including SLA tracking, deliverable follow-up, issue escalation, and coordination of vendor dependencies.
• Ensure project artifacts are organized, version-controlled, and accessible for audit, support, onboarding, and knowledge transfer.
• Facilitate lessons learned, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement actions following major releases.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Adaptable and resilient in a rapidly changing environment.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
