Description du poste

Overview

The IT Project Manager leads the planning and delivery of technology initiatives that enable DBM Global's business strategy, operational performance, security, and growth. The role is accountable for organizing cross‑functional work, establishing clear scope and outcomes, maintaining delivery discipline, and ensuring business and technology stakeholders remain aligned from initiation through adoption and closeout.

This position manages multiple projects of varying size and complexity across infrastructure, applications, integrations, data and analytics, cybersecurity, and IT operating‑model improvements. The Project Manager does not own every technical decision, but owns the delivery system: the plan, governance cadence, dependencies, risks, decisions, communications, and transparent reporting required to achieve the approved business outcome.

Responsibilities
  • Lead assigned technology projects from intake and definition through planning, execution, transition, and formal closeout.
  • Translate business objectives into clear project charters, scope statements, success measures, requirements, milestones, resource plans, budgets, and acceptance criteria.
  • Build and maintain integrated project schedules that identify owners, dependencies, critical‑path activities, decision points, and implementation readiness requirements.
  • Establish fit‑for‑purpose project governance, including working‑team cadences, steering updates, stage gates, status reporting, decision logs, and escalation paths.
  • Coordinate business leaders, IT teams, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders; clarify accountability and drive timely completion of commitments.
  • Actively manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and changes; elevate when trade‑offs or sponsor decisions are required.
  • Prepare concise, accurate status reporting for sponsors and executives, with clear visibility into progress, forecast, risks, decisions, financials, and recovery actions.
  • Facilitate requirements, planning, risk, readiness, and lessons‑learned sessions; convert discussions into decisions, owners, and dated actions.
  • Manage third‑party delivery performance, statements of work, milestones, invoices, dependencies, and contractual obligations in partnership with procurement, legal, finance, and technical owners.
  • Coordinate testing, security and compliance reviews, data conversion, cutover, training, communications, support readiness, and operational handoff appropriate to each project.
  • Partner with change leaders and business owners to support stakeholder readiness, adoption benefit realization, and sustained use of delivered capabilities.
  • Maintain complete and audit‑ready project records, including approvals, decisions, plans, financials, change requests, acceptance evidence, and closeout documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of DBM Global's project delivery standards, templates, portfolio reporting, lessons learned, and governance practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
